Is Casera free to drink? |
Yes - Casera has no added sugar and can be drunk freely on both plans. However be aware that some lemon flavoured Casera is not free. Because of the sodium in the drink, I wouldn't personally include it in my daily two liters of water but a good idea if using it in a "tinto verano"! |
