Barbara has lost 2 Stone 9lbs and only has another two pounds to reach her Goal weight.  After her around the World Trip she still came back with a loss of 4lbs.  Brilliant.  Barbara had the help from her husband David and the La Cal class.  Well done Barbara, you look great.
